Cancellation Policy

  As my client, you are very important to me. Appointments are specifically reserved for you. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and schedule adjustments are, at times, mandatory. 

  I respectfully ask that you give me a 24 hour notice before any schedule adjustments are made. 

  24 hour notices will result in 50% of the service fee charged, no exceptions. 

Wedding Policy

  Deposits are required to secure your day. The deposit covers the cost of product, one bridal trial, as well as covers a reschedule date if necessary. Deposits are due at the time of booking to reserve your wedding date and are non-refundable. 

  Travel fees are only required if I am traveling to the location. They do not apply if you come to the salon the day of. Travel fees are a flat rate of $25+$1/mile from Sage. Traveling fees for out of state weddings will vary.

  Please give me at least a 14 day notice of any cancellation. Cancelling all or part of your party for the day of without notice will result in the full payment required.

No show policy

  Clients who do not follow the cancellation policy fall into the "no-show" category. 

  Whenever there is a no-show, it takes away from the clients who have reserved their time with me in the chair. 

  I will allow the rebooking of those who no-show, if you have no-showed more than one time, once the service missed has been paid for in full.

  No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service charged, no exceptions. 

reschedule Policy

 This policy is my promise to you in case I have to cancel or reschedule you due to sickness, emergency, conflict, etc. 

 I will gladly offer you 35% off your next scheduled service due to cancelling or having to reschedule. 

 

 Like I stated before, you are my client and you are very important to me, so consider this policy my "IOU" policy.
